Body composition is a method of breaking down the body into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.
We're proud to partner with InBody® to provide body composition analyses. It will show your current body composition and progress over time, guided along the way by your dietitian.
With body composition, you’ll immediately know how many pounds of muscle and fat you have, as well as where these tissues are distributed. Your basal metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns per day) is also calculated. The results sheet tracks your progress over time so you can see how your body physically changes to lifestyle improvements you make.Click on the image to learn more!
